Just a run through of the filters I own and how you can apply them to the Powershot SX40 HS. Filters are great fun and also an ideal way to protect that fragile lens from any form of damage. I bought the filter adapter through amazon but the provider is powerplanet.co.uk, if you go to their site it will divert you through to Amazon. The lens adaptor is the LA-58SX30. You can type that straight into amazon and it will show up :) Since making this video, many people have bought 67mm filters rather than the 58mm. Canon offer this as the main filter so it's an idea to go with Canons advice. I already owned many 58mm filters so it makes sense for me to get that one. Both work but you may be able to stack more filters without cropping with the 67mm. Canon PowerShot SX40 HS Review

Canon PowerShot SX40 HS Review Tube. Duration : 5.17 Mins.
Canon PowerShot SX40 HS Review If big optical zooms, top-notch image stabilization and advanced manual controls light your fixed-lens digital camera fire, then the Canon PowerShot SX40 HS (9.99 MSRP) is the ultimate kindling. It's got an obscene 35x optical zoom 24mm wide-angle lens paired with Canon's stellar optical image stabilization and a new Intelligent IS mode. The PowerShot SX40 HS also received a new 12.2-megapixel back-illuminated CMOS sensor with the latest Digic 5 processing for higher noise reduction and faster speeds, enabling the SX40 HS to capture up to 8fps in Burst mode at full resolution. Canon also boosted the camera's video ability to 1080p Full HS at 24fps and the Smart Auto mode has been expanded to reference up to 32 scenes. While most of the PowerShot SX40 HS's renovations have transpired inside the camera, its external design remains untouched for 2011. tchno.be To read More: www.technobuffalo.com For more tech goodness, check us out at: www.technobuffalo.com Follow Us on Twitter www.twitter.com Like Us on Facebook: www.facebook.com Check Us Out on Google + tchno.be

Canon Powershot SX40 HS Tutorial: Step Nine - Photographing the moon!

Canon Powershot SX40 HS Tutorial: Step Nine - Photographing the moon! Video Clips. Duration : 4.88 Mins.
A new hobby of mine, that moon is so pretty! I hope everyone can get good results of it and I apologise for how hard it is to see what I'm doing. Two cameras in the dark zoomed in to full was very difficult to juggle :) I also realise that, whilst I advise to use an ISO of around 400, during the video I actually use an ISO of 100. The important thing to remember is that the ISO, Shutter Speed and Aperture all affect the light that is let into an image. So whilst I may have a low ISO in this image, I also had a fairly slow shutter speed. It's a lot easier to use a quicker shutter speed with a higher ISO if you don't have a tripod. Hope that clears any confusion up :/ Check out my new Blog at fatdragon100.blogspot.com or come along to my facebook page by searching for FatDragon100 and chat/share photography with others!

Canon PowerShot S95 Review
Posted Monday, February 11, 2013 in PowerShot, Review by Mary Rodriguez
Canon PowerShot S95 Review Tube. Duration : 6.67 Mins.
For the full Canon PowerShot S95 review, go to www.infosyncworld.com Canon's fall lineup is more of an evolution than a revolution, and the Canon PowerShot S95 is a prime example. This beloved little pocket dweller packs an unsuspecting punch in the advanced controls department, and its image quality rivals the Canon PowerShot G12. Shooting with the Canon PowerShot S95 is unlike any other digital compact in its class, and we're going to tell you why in this review. However, 2010 brings just four primary upgrades to the S95—720p HD video, RAW shooting, HDR (High Dynamic Range Shooting mode) along with a few other Scene modes, and Hybrid Image Stabilization. Canon did not alter the camera's design or imaging system. On one hand, it's nice not to toil with a good thing, but we're fairly certain next year's version of the Canon PowerShot S95 is going to receive more of an overhaul. The Canon PowerShot S95 is still one of the best compacts on the market, and we had very few complaints throughout our magical journey.

Canon PowerShot SX30 IS Review Tube. Duration : 7.17 Mins.
For the full Canon PowerShot SX30 IS review, go to www.infosyncworld.com Out of the five new Canon cameras announced this Fall, the Canon PowerShot SX30 IS represents the most revamped model in the fleet. Canon bumped the optical zoom up to a monstrous 35x optical magnification, expanded the sensor to 14.1-megapixels, boosted the LCD screen size, and gave the PowerShot SX30 IS a rechargeable lithium ion battery in place of an AA battery power source. The Canon PowerShot SX30 IS has also undergone an aesthetic overhaul, including the addition of a mini HDMI port, and it refreshes its shooting feature arsenal with some of the latest updates brought on by 2010. For the zoom junkie, the Canon PowerShot SX30 IS will take you places that are uncomfortably close—places no Super Zoom digital camera has ever dared to venture.
